Team Vanilla

Description: A double release!  Here are books 1 and 2 of Kuon Michiyoshi’s work for c82 and c83.

Normally, “vanilla” and “Berserk” don’t go together.  We’re talking about a story where guro monster tentacle rape is canon.  But, there’s a sweet side, too, and it’ s on display here.  The art really evokes the feelings and style from the source material, even though Derp had to battle like hell with ridiculous amounts of scanlines.  (Thank you again so much, Derp!)

Description: Book 2, released at this recent winter comiket!  This one is set from Casca’s (yeah, yeah, I USEDto prefer Caska, but then again I also used to prefer Gattsu) POV. There’s even a short story at the end of the book with the man, Judeau.  Certainly hopeful that the author continues doing more Berserk in the future!

Berserk is always going to have a special place in my heart.  It’s the first manga I ever read (because you simply can NOT stop after the original anime series ends).  And in many ways it’s had a big impact on my life and personality.  Sure, that sounds silly, but it’s true! Oh yeah, go and enjoy the pron.
