This doujin is pretty much exactly what would have happened in the anime if, instead of giving orgasmic inducing massages, Kenshi gave them orgasmic inducing dickings.
This one has some of the best members of his harem: delicious brown elf, tsundere-glasses, and shape-shifting, mind controlling nee-san.
There’s only one thing missing from this: the best MILF in his harem, Flora. Don’t worry though, you guys will be seeing her soon enough~
Oh, and if you haven’t watched Isekai no Seikishi Monogatari, I highly suggest it. It’s even better than this.

As a sucker for the Tenchi universe I loved Isekai no Seikishi. Did I hear wrong when I thought there was suppose to be a sequel or something?
